My first water cut with a 2 hour weigh in as well worked better than i expected and i cut about 5kg instead of the 2 i needed and it was awful.

Most other guides have you tapering water say 10l for 5 4 and 3 days out then 5l 2 days out then 2l 1 day out and cut all water 12 hours before. My two cents don t throw a cut on top of a meet you weren t really planning on beforehand but if you re going to anyway try a zero carb cut instead especially with only a couple lbs to lose and 2 hour weigh in. Right now i weigh 131lb without water cutting.
